These are stripped and most do not come with a gas key installed.
Most are new and unfinished while some are nitride coated. One or two are chrome lined. Call up your local home depot and get some of that sweet sweet rustoleum. Or, you could send it off to get it PVD coated. Hell, what do you care? Just lube the shit out of it with some Stripper Sweat and toss it in your gun.
